Job summary

Inframark LLC is seeking an Operational Technology Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy, and support secure OT infrastructure for water, wastewater, and critical utility systems. The role emphasizes Windows server/workstation administration, industrial network design, firewall configuration, and remote access technologies.

Responsibilities cover SCADA/HMI/PLC connectivity, virtualization platforms, cybersecurity hardening, and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in IT/OT environments, industrial networks, or utilities.
• Experience deploying and supporting server, workstation, network, and virtualization technologies.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, patch, upgrade, and secure Windows Server and Workstation OSs for OT environments.
• Configure Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and related services.
• Support virtualization platforms including ESXi, vSphere, and Hyper-V.
• Design, deploy, and troubleshoot industrial network infrastructure, including routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless.
• Implement secure remote access solutions (IPsec VPN, BeyondTrust).
• Support SCADA, HMI, PLC, and OT system communications.
