Job summary

TAKKION is seeking a hands-on OT Network Engineer to design, implement, and secure industrial network infrastructure across ICS, SCADA, and remote field operations. You will bridge IT and OT, ensuring reliable communications, secure access, and high availability in on-prem and cloud environments.

The role focuses on strong network engineering, firewall management, and industrial cybersecurity, with RBAC, CIP/NERC compliance, and comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/EE or equivalent experience.
5+ years in enterprise or industrial networking environments.
Strong knowledge of networking technologies and industrial Ethernet.

Responsibilities

Assist with remote site network deployment and maintenance.
Troubleshoot VPN, WAN, and remote communications issues.
Coordinate with ISPs and vendors to resolve connectivity problems.
Document network diagrams and maintain accurate configurations.
Implement and audit RBAC, access policies, and CIP/NERC compliance.
Support Azure hybrid infrastructure and secure cloud-to-edge connectivity.
Monitor network health and support incident response.
