Job summary

Qualifications

• Two (2) or more years of experience as a Registered Occupational Therapist.
• Certification by the American Occupational Therapy Certification Board (AOTCB) or compliance with state licensure requirements.
• Competency as a general practitioner of Occupational Therapy as defined by AOTA.
• Registered Occupational Therapist license (OT-RG).
• Current and valid CPR-AHA certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop treatment plans with goals and methods to achieve them.
• Coordinate treatment plans with patients, families, and care team.
• Supervise or provide treatment directly with COTAs and aides.
• Evaluate services for effectiveness and efficiency using predefined criteria.
• Communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.
