Job summary

CentraCare Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to assess patient needs, plan and provide therapeutic interventions across adolescent to elderly populations. You will work closely with a COTA to deliver individualized care using current treatment techniques and collaborate on program development.

The position offers full-time, onsite hours with no nights, weekends, or holidays, and includes bonuses and relocation incentives to support recruitment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy.
• Registered and licensed as an OT in Minnesota within 90 days.
• BLS certification per policy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient needs and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Provide treatments and services to patients using current techniques.
• Collaborate with COTA and other staff to implement programs.
• Develop and facilitate specialized treatment programs as needed.
