Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in the United States is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our SNF team. You will evaluate and treat residents, develop individualized plans of care, and set functional goals to improve outcomes.

You will supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, collaborate with facility staff, document evaluations and progress, and communicate progress and prognosis to patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent care for our patients
• Providing excellent customer service to our patients and family members
• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure excellent care for your patients
• Evaluating new patients, developing plans of care and setting measurable, functional goals
• Treating patients, answering their concerns and educating them on their injury, progress and probable outcomes
• Re-evaluating patient progress, revising plans of care and resetting goals
• Complete timely and accurate documentation including; evaluations, re-evaluations discharges and daily progress notes.
• Supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants.
