Rehabilitation Center of Belmond in Belmond, IA is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to design and implement therapy programs that help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN options with competitive pay and full benefits.

Qualifications

• State of Iowa Occupational Therapist License - or eligible to sit for board exams.
• Experience preferred - but new grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and direct customized occupational therapy programs.
• Help patients regain strength and independence in daily activities.
• Assess patient progress and adjust therapy plans to meet changing needs.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and at-home exercises.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
