Rehabilitation Center of Belmond is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to design and implement therapy programs that restore mobility and improve quality of life for residents. Qualifications

• State of Iowa Physical Therapist License or eligibility to sit for boards.
• Experience preferred, but new grads are welcome and supported.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement customized physical therapy programs to restore function and mobility.
• Collaborate with residents and staff to develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans to meet changing needs.
• Ensure residents feel comfortable and supported throughout their therapy journey.
