Job summary

Rehabilitation Center of Belmond is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to design and implement therapy programs that help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life.

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN options, competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities. New grads are welcome to apply, and our in-house therapy team provides mentorship. State of Iowa OT license or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• State of Iowa Occupational Therapist License – or eligible to sit for board exams
• Experience preferred – but we’re willing to invest in new grads!

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and direct customized occupational therapy programs.
• Help patients regain strength and independence in daily activities.
• Assess patient progress and adjust therapy plans to meet changing needs.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and at-home exercises.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
