Qualifications

• 2 years experience in all aspects of occupational therapy.
• California Occupational Therapist license - CA Board of Occupational Therapy - REQUIRED.
• AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professionals (AHA BLS Healthcare) - REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats patients within the scope of care in a manner appropriate to the diagnosis, age, and culture.
• Documents patient care, assessments, and outcomes in a timely, accurate manner per policy and guidelines.
• Collaborates with leadership and participates in CQI activities and department initiatives.
• Participates in interdisciplinary rounds, team meetings, and discharge planning as required.
