Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program - Bachelors minimum.
• Master's Degree or Doctorate in OT preferred.
• California OT license and BLS certification required.
• Minimum 3 years as a practicing therapist; NICU experience preferred.
• Experience with neonates and feeding/swallowing assessments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat NICU patients per physician prescription.
• Participate in quality improvement and education of students.
• Deliver patient care consistent with standards and ethics in a NICU setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.
