Job summary

Amentum is seeking an FRCS Cybersecurity Manager to support a government contract on Diego Garcia. You will install, configure, operate, and maintain IT/OT systems, manage access controls, and uphold Navy/NAVFAC IT/OT policies.

You will advise program leadership on security, maintain and upgrade OT systems, monitor performance, and participate in incident reporting and accreditation efforts to ensure continuous readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of prior relevant experience; 4 additional years may be utilized.
• Credentials meeting DoD Cyber Workforce requirements (specialties 441/451/462) at the intermediate level
• Experience in austere OCONUS environments with a multi-national workforce
• Must be familiar with current global, US, Program and PWS requirements
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain US passport and driver's license throughout employment
• Passport valid for at least 1 year at hire
• Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization
• Ability to pass medical contract requirements and deployment
• Must obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance (US citizenship required)
• Ability to obtain country-specific visas as required

Responsibilities

• Support Cybersecurity Program for control systems per Cybersecurity Roles and Responsibilities for Facility-Related Control Systems at site
• Advise USG and Program leadership on security and integrity matters
• Maintain OT systems and networks, including hardware and software
• Monitor OT performance and recovery processes to ensure security features operate
• Participate in incident reporting program and conduct reporting
• Ensure users have required clearances, authorization, and privileged access agreements
• Assist in accreditation, certification support documentation and site C&A preparations
• Establish audit trails, system logs, and archive audit records for reference
• Define system performance, availability, and functionality requirements
• Review threats, vulnerabilities, and residual risk continuously
• Assist in preparation of site Certification and Accreditation (C&A)
• Other duties as assigned
