Job summary

Targa Resources is seeking an OT ICS Cybersecurity Specialist for an on-site position in Tulsa, OK. You will work with the IT/OT security team to design, implement, and maintain cybersecurity controls that protect OT systems while ensuring reliability of critical operations.

You will administer OT security platforms, respond to alerts, and drive threat detection, incident response readiness, and control maturity. The role emphasizes hands-on testing and remediation tracking for OT environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience in MIS, CS, Info Security, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional cybersecurity experience in industrial automation, control systems, or related technical disciplines.
• 5+ years of direct experience securing ICS/SCADA/OT environments.
• Strong knowledge of NIST Cybersecurity Framework and PERA model.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and optimize OT cybersecurity platforms and security-related applications.
• Monitor, triage, investigate, and remediate OT cybersecurity alerts.
• Identify cybersecurity risks, vulnerabilities, and emerging threats in OT environments.
• Develop and fine-tune threat detection to improve visibility and security posture.
• Lead incident response activities including evidence preservation and malware analysis.
• Implement endpoint and application hardening measures to reduce risk.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and track remediation actions.
• Enhance SOAR capabilities to accelerate threat detection and response workflows.
• Evaluate controls and provide recommendations to improve OT cybersecurity maturity.
• Independently lead assigned projects and collaborate with business teams.
