Job summary

Phillips 66 is seeking an Advisor III, OT Cyber Security to safeguard industrial control networks. You will partner with operations and automation teams to implement robust security, monitor vulnerabilities, and support disaster recovery planning.

The role requires 24x7 on-call readiness, travel up to 40%, and collaboration across multiple OT environments. Ideal candidates have OT/IT networking experience, familiarity with control systems, and certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting OT or IT networking and infrastructure.
• Hands-on with industrial control systems platforms (Rockwell, GE, Modicon, Siemens) and protocols (Enet/IP, CIP, OPC, Modbus).
• Proficiency with OT vulnerability monitoring tools (Claroty, Nozomi) and IT infra configuration tools (VMware, Hyper‑V, Nutanix, Windows, AD, firewalls).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity standards (NIST, ISA, TSA, Coast Guard).
• Willingness to provide 24x7 support and travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations and automation teams to deliver cybersecurity for industrial control networks.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute network maintenance and project activities with secure configurations.
• Monitor vulnerabilities, troubleshoot performance, and ensure policy compliance.
• Support disaster recovery planning, document technical details, and assist risk management.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve service delivery challenges and improve OT/IT reliability.
• Analyze trends, participate in ongoing training, and stay ahead of threats.
• Coordinate resources and audits, provide after-hours support as needed.
• Work with SCADA Support Teams to secure multiple OT environments.
• Promote safety, inclusiveness, and continuous improvement in OT security.
