Acclaim Home Health is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our Worcester, MA team. You will provide patient-centered home health evaluations and therapy to improve independence and daily living activities, while enjoying flexibility and autonomy.

We offer a competitive $40–$65/hour compensation, a $500 sign-on bonus, and potential to earn six figures in your first year, with bi-weekly pay and ongoing professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license.
• Home health or outpatient experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a patient caseload.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide interventions to improve motor skills, cognition, mobility, and daily living activities.
• Help patients maximize independence and remain safely in their homes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive equipment and strategies for daily living.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain compliant clinical records.
• Maintain current clinical knowledge through continuing education and professional development.
