Job summary

Boost Home Healthcare – Greater Boston in Brookline, MA is seeking an exceptional Occupational Therapist to join our ground-floor team. You will conduct initial evaluations, develop plans of care, and provide skilled OT focused on ADL retraining and home safety.

The role offers true flexibility with published per-visit rates of $70–$110 and travel reimbursement. Massachusetts OT license and ACOTE-accredited education are required; availability for 2–4 visits per week is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts OT license in good standing.
• Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial OT evaluations and develop individualized plans of care under physician orders.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy focused on ADL retraining, adaptive equipment, home safety, and functional independence.
• Reassess patient progress and modify plans of care every 30 days.
• Complete OASIS documentation accurately and on time in compliance with Medicare and ACHC standards.
• Coordinate with the clinical team and patient's physician on care planning; supervise COTAs as needed per MA practice standards.
