Qualifications

• Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license required (active).
• Experience in home health or outpatient settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Ability to work independently and manage a patient caseload.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Provide interventions to improve motor skills, cognition, mobility, and daily living activities.
• Help patients maximize independence and safely remain in their homes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive equipment, techniques, and strategies.
• Coordinate with families, physicians, and team members to optimize outcomes.
• Document progress and maintain compliant records.
• Maintain ongoing professional development and clinical knowledge.
