Relient Health in Salinas, CA is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility. New grads welcome; you will evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, provide therapy and supervise COTAs, and participate in ongoing education. The compensation ranges from $60 to $65 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current CA license or eligibility.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence
• Document progress and adjust plans as needed
