McCall Rehabilitation and Care Center in McCall, ID is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant for our in-house rehab program.

You will contribute to geriatric care through cognitive and ADL interventions, evaluate progress, and coordinate discharge planning with a multidisciplinary team.

• Licensed Occupational Therapist is required.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL disorders and develop care plans.
• Utilize standardized assessments to guide interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled treatment per regulatory standards.
• Administer ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices.
• Assess progress and adjust treatments in the clinical record.
• Communicate progress with supervisor and health team; provide discharge summaries.
