McCall Rehabilitation & Care Center is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house rehab program in McCall, ID. This full-time position provides rehabilitative services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist for geriatric and post-acute patients.

The ideal candidate will have an OTA degree and an active state license where required, with a collaborative approach to care within a multidisciplinary team. We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Hold a current and active State license/registration where applicable.
• Candidates with all levels of experience are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments accordingly.
• Report treatment outcomes' effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
