Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Registered Occupational Therapist credential required.
• BCLS obtained within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' functional abilities and limitations affecting daily living.
• Develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Provide interventions supporting self-care, mobility, coordination, and participation in meaningful activities.
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, equipment, and strategies to support independence.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team on goals and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate assessments and progress documentation.
• Follow clinical, safety, and infection-prevention procedures.
