Glenbridge Health and Rehabilitation in Boone, North Carolina is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team full-time. You will design and implement individualized therapy plans to help residents achieve maximum functional potential and maintain independence in daily activities.

You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the rehab team to provide comprehensive care, perform assessments, and educate residents, families, and caregivers.

• Design and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive, sensory, and motor skills training, to promote functional ability and independence
• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement resident-centered care plans
• Provide education and training to residents, families, and caregivers to promote carryover of skills learned in therapy sessions
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
