Job summary

Glenbridge Health and Rehabilitation in Boone, North Carolina is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team full-time. Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive, sensory, and motor skills training, to promote functional ability and independence
• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement resident-centered care plans
• Provide education and training to residents, families, and caregivers to promote carryover of skills learned in therapy sessions
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
