HX5 is seeking an OT&E Training Monitor to join our team at Hurlburt Field, FL, supporting the 605th Test and Evaluation Squadron. The role requires tracking OT&E training, coordinating with leadership, and maintaining training materials and records for squadron personnel.

The candidate will manage schedules, coordinate with multiple dets and outside organizations, and ensure proper training and certifications are obtained by new members. A federal clearance readiness environment is implied.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with DoD Instructions (DoDI) and MAJCOM OT&E policies and directives.
• Assertive team player able to engage leadership levels and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Issue end of course certificates and training materials access.
• Maintain training rosters and records per squadron guidance.
• Provide monthly OT&E training status reports to the 605 TES PM.
