California Resources Corporation is seeking an OT Data and Visualization Lead to oversee design, development, and implementation of data automation solutions across operations. You will lead a team of data professionals and partner with multiple departments to transform data into actionable insights.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in data automation, strong Python/SQL skills, and experience with OT systems, ETL, and dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data automation or data engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Proficiency with visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Strong understanding of OT systems and data (SCADA/PLCs).
• Experience with ETL tools and data integration platforms.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of data migration solutions across business functions.
• Lead creation and execution of OT data visualization strategies.
• Oversee data integration from multiple sources ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Manage and mentor a team of programmers and data analysts delivering dashboards and reports.
• Monitor and optimize data automation for performance and scale.
• Stay current with industry trends in data automation and analytics.
• Communicate complex insights clearly to stakeholders.
