Job summary

Xcel Energy is seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Lead to define and implement Enterprise Aveva PI data and analytics capabilities. You will work with operations experts to design real-time data ingestion, modeling, visualization, and integrations with downstream systems.

The role requires strong data governance, collaboration, and problem solving across IT/OT teams. Ideal candidates have seven years of related experience, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and hands-on expertise in Aveva PI

Qualifications

Seven years of related functional experience.
Bachelor's degree in Technology, Science, Business or related field, or 4 years of experience equivalent to the position.
Excellent problem solving, data acumen, and analytical skills.
Demonstrated experience with distributed computing, data visualization, data architecture and structure, statistical modeling, and predictive modeling.
Experience with machine learning.

Responsibilities

Define, implement and support Enterprise Aveva PI Data and analytics solutions.
Provide solution designs and architecture for real-time data ingestion and modeling.
Lead data analytics capability coverage across OT and IT systems.
Consult with Engineers, Architects, Data Governance and Security on data designs.
Lead reporting development to deliver stable dashboards with business value.
