Job summary

Massachusetts Port Authority seeks an OT Systems and Security Administrator to own and secure critical OT/ICS/SCADA environments. You will lead technical efforts, assess new technologies with stakeholders, and ensure reliable operations across our assets.

You will monitor cybersecurity, manage incidents, and strengthen system hardening while collaborating with teams. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in OT/ICS/security are required.

Qualifications

• Three+ years supporting OT/ICS/SCADA environments.
• Experience in cybersecurity within operational technology.
• Ability to document technical guidelines and train users.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain OT, SCADA, IC, and IoT infrastructure for security and reliability.
• Lead OT environments by evaluating new tech and coordinating with vendors.
• Enhance cybersecurity by monitoring, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Develop docs, provide training, and advise on risk mitigation and investments.
