Job summary

DEPCOM Power, Inc is seeking an OT and Cybersecurity Lead to support design, installation, and maintenance of PV and BESS SCADA systems. Remote within the continental U.S. with ~10% travel; Scottsdale, AZ also possible.

Lead cybersecurity policy across EPC projects, review NERC CIP requirements, and coordinate with SCADA vendors and customers to ensure design conformance. Strong network architecture expertise required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or technical field.
• Experience with utility-scale network design and NERC CIP requirements.
• Experience troubleshooting network issues in factory/commissioning environments.
• Ability to review and present technical documents to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Function as OT and Cybersecurity team representative in engineering design updates.
• Authorize and oversee Cybersecurity policies across EPC projects.
• Review EPC specs for Cybersecurity, Networking, and NERC Compliance.
• Coordinate technical reviews with SCADA suppliers, customers and Project Integration team.
• Witness SCADA Factory Acceptance Testing and follow up on punch lists.
• Identify technical and compliance risks and communicate impacts to project schedule/cost.
• Provide SME on SCADA network architecture for substation, PV, BESS, and peripherals.
• Collaborate with SCADA Vendors and Commissioning to troubleshoot network equipment.
• Travel to the job site as required for support.
• Advise owners and subcontractors on IT/OT network segmentation.
• Support SCADA team with CIP documentation and vulnerability scans.
