DEPCOM Power, Inc is seeking an OT and Cybersecurity Lead to support design, installation, and maintenance of PV and BESS SCADA systems. Based in Scottsdale or remotely within the continental U.S., travel about 10%.

The role requires coordinating cybersecurity policies, reviewing EPC requirements, and ensuring alignment with NERC CIP. The team works across engineering, construction, operations, and project management to deliver secure, reliable SCADA solutions for renewable sites.

Qualifications

• Experience designing utility-scale network topologies for PV/BESS sites.
• Knowledge of NERC CIP standards and asset management.
• Experience troubleshooting SCADA networking in factory or commissioning environments.
• Ability to review technical documents and communicate requirements to stakeholders.
• Understanding of SCADA server environments (VMware, Windows, Linux).

Responsabilités

• Serve as OT and Cybersecurity lead in engineering design updates.
• Oversee DEPCOM Cybersecurity policies on EPC projects including Remote Access Procedures.
• Review EPC requirements for Cybersecurity, Networking, and NERC Compliance.
• Coordinate technical reviews with SCADA suppliers, customers, and Project Integration team.
• Witness SCADA Factory Acceptance Testing and close punch items.
• Identify risks and communicate impacts on schedule and cost.
• Provide subject matter expertise on SCADA network architecture for substation, PV, BESS.
• Collaborate with SCADA Vendors and commissioning to troubleshoot network equipment.
• Travel to job site as required.
• Advise owners and subcontractors on IT/OT network segmentation.
• Support SCADA team with CIP documentation and vulnerability scans.
