Job summary

Accenture is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Consultant to lead hands-on security engagements in industrial environments, assess OT/ICS security, and design practical protections. You will work with client engineers, operators, and security teams to reduce risk without disrupting operations.

The role requires deep OT cybersecurity experience, familiarity with OT protocols, and proven ability to deliver security reports and roadmaps. Travel may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant OT/ICS experience.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with ICS technologies (SCADA, DCS, EMS/ADMS, RTUs, PLCs, HMIs).
• Minimum 3 years of cybersecurity experience including vulnerability management and incident response in OT contexts.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with common ICS/OT protocols (Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850, PROFINET, OPC, EtherNet/IP).
• Minimum 3 years of experience producing and presenting security deliverables and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT/ICS security assessments and design security solutions for industrial environments.
• Evaluate security posture across Purdue Model layers, identify gaps and remediation needs.
• Deploy OT security tooling and asset discovery solutions across client networks.
• Perform OT threat hunting, IOC analysis, and incident response support in IC S/SCADA environments.
• Develop security assessment reports, risk registers, and remediation roadmaps.
