Job summary

Accenture is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Consultant to lead hands-on security engagements across industrial environments, assessing and implementing OT/ICS security controls while coordinating with client teams to reduce risk without impacting operations.

You will contribute to pursuit efforts, develop security deliverables, and support program development for governance and procedures, aligned with client maturity goals. Travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of OT/ICS experience in industrial environments.
• Minimum 3 years with IC technologies including SCADA, DCS, EMS/ADMS, RTUs, PLCs, HMIs.
• Minimum 3 years cybersecurity experience including vulnerability management, IAM in OT contexts, monitoring/incident response.
• Minimum 3 years experience with IC/OT protocols (Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850, PROFINET, OPC, EtherNet/IP).
• Minimum 3 years producing and presenting security deliverables and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support OT security engagements across industrial environments.
• Assess, design, and implement OT security solutions with client engineers and security teams.
• Develop security assessment reports, risk registers, and remediation roadmaps.
