Job summary

Puffer-Sweiven is seeking an experienced OT cybersecurity professional to lead on-site deployments and integrate secure automation solutions across DCS/PLC/SIS environments. You will collaborate with operations, engineering, and IT teams to implement threat monitoring, secure remote access, and risk-based security controls.

The role requires 5+ years in OT cybersecurity or industrial networking, deep knowledge of ICS, and hands-on experience with Dragos/Nozomi/Claroty.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
5+ years of OT cybersecurity and/or industrial networking experience.
Strong understanding of ICS and OT environments.
Hands-on deployment experience with OT threat monitoring tools (Dragos, Nozomi, Claroty).
Knowledge of industrial protocols such as EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP, PROFINET, OPC UA.

Responsibilities

Lead on-site deployment and integration of OT cybersecurity solutions.
Develop monitoring strategies, baselines, alert tuning, and escalation paths.
Lead security event analysis and investigate alerts and anomalies.
Perform security architecture reviews and risk assessments of DCS, PLC, SIS, and supporting infrastructure.
Develop OT security procedures, standards, and playbooks; support MOC.
