Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
• Experience in cybersecurity engineering, OT/ICS security, infrastructure engineering, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to assess risk and document processes, controls, and decisions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve physical and cybersecurity programs for critical environments.
• Apply secure engineering and defense-in-depth to OT/ICS, networks, and controls.
• Document and sustain NERC CIP policies, procedures, and compliance evidence.
• Support readiness, assessments, remediation, and continuous compliance with Audit teams.
• Perform cyber risk, vulnerability, and configuration assessments and recommend mitigations.
• Lead or support cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
