Job summary

Accenture Security is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Consultant to lead and support security engagements across industrial environments. You will assess, design, and help implement OT/ICS security solutions, working with client engineers, operators, and security teams to reduce risk without disrupting operations.

You will also contribute as a SME on active pursuits, help win new OT security work, and balance client delivery commitments while collaborating with IT/OT teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of OT/ICS experience in relevant environments.
• Minimum 3 years with ICS technologies including SCADA, DCS, EMS/ADMS, RTUs, PLCs, HMIs.
• Minimum 3 years cybersecurity experience including vulnerability management and monitoring/incident response.
• Minimum 3 years experience with OT protocols (Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850, PROFINET, OPC, EtherNet/IP).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; if Associate’s degree, minimum 6 years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OT/ICS security engagements and risk assessments across industrial environments.
• Design and implement security controls for OT/ICS ecosystems.
• Develop security assessment reports, risk registers, and remediation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with client IT/OT teams and vendors to drive practical security outcomes.
• Contribute to proposals and win-work content for OT security pursuits.
• Travel may be required (0–100%).
• Support OT security program development including governance and policy frameworks.
• Present findings to technical and executive audiences.
• Assist in creating reusable assets and delivery methodologies.
