Job summary

Accenture Security seeks an OT Cybersecurity Consultant to lead hands-on security engagements across industrial environments. You will assess OT/ICS ecosystems, design security solutions, and work with client engineers and security teams to reduce risk without disrupting operations.

You will contribute as a SME on active pursuits, support governance and incident response, and help drive practical security outcomes across engagements. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years OT/ICS experience in utilities, manufacturing or critical infra.
• 3+ years with IC technologies including SCADA, DCS, EMS/ADMS, RTUs, PLCs, HMIs.
• 3+ years cybersecurity experience in OT contexts with vulnerability management.
• Exposure to OT/ICS protocols such as Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850, PROFINET, OPC.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT/ICS security engagements across industrial environments.
• Assess, design, and help implement security solutions with client teams.
• Develop security assessment reports, risk registers, and remediation roadmaps.
• Contribute to governance, policies, and OT security program development.
• Support pursuits, contribute to RFPs, and balance client delivery commitments.
• Collaborate with IT/OT teams, system integrators, and vendors for outcomes.
