Job summary

Cotality is seeking a Principal, Corporate Information Security to serve as a true Business Information Security Officer (BISO) for our internal units, starting with the Insurance vertical. You will partner with executive leaders to review architectures, assess risk, and guide security posture from ad-hoc to defined processes.

In this role you will translate technical risk into business impact, manage governance reviews, and help the organization balance speed and security while expanding

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, CS or equivalent senior experience.
CISSP required; CISM or SABSA are pluses.
8+ years in security leadership with enterprise risk management.

Responsibilities

Act as primary security advisor for assigned verticals and review architecture before go-live.
Translate vulnerabilities into business risk and track remediations.
Lead governance reviews aligning IAM controls with enterprise policies.
Support incident response and change control oversight.
