Job summary

ASI Government in the Washington, DC metro area is seeking an Education SME to design and deliver NAVSUP OT/CSO training, turning classroom instruction into real-world capability. You will shape curricula that train acquisition professionals, program managers, legal staff, and leadership.

Based in the DC metro area with travel to Mechanicsburg, PA and Norfolk, VA as needed, you will partner with WarAU and other SMEs to build a scalable, sustainable program that expands the Navy’s acquisition

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with OT and CSO.
• Experience designing training for adult professionals.
• Ability to translate complex acquisition concepts for varied audiences.
• Strong facilitation and public speaking skills.
• Based in the Washington, DC metro area; willing to travel to NAVSUP HQ (Mechanicsburg, PA) and Norfolk, VA.

Responsibilities

• Design and build NAVSUP’s OT and CSO curriculum, from foundational instruction through advanced practitioner-level training.
• Deliver training to executives, contracting personnel, program managers, legal, policy, and other stakeholders.
• Connect classroom education to the experiential-learning work taking place in the Norfolk pilot office.
• Partner with the Institutional-Posturing SMEs and WarAU to build a sustainable, repeatable education program.
• Help establish an OT/CSO education program that NAVSUP can maintain and scale as the capability expands.
