Job summary

Hargrove seeks a professional to perform routine design of less complex OT/Cybersecurity assignments, collaborating with design leaders across disciplines. The role involves contributing to larger, more complex OT and Cybersecurity projects under minor supervision.

The candidate will assist in design work, help manage project controls for cost, schedule, and quality, and provide field support during startup and deployment.

Qualifications

• Minimum four-year Bachelor's degree in Computers Science, Cybersecurity, computer engineering, or other computer technology related field from accredited university required.
• Two (2) to six (6) years of relevant industrial experience in operational technology or controls and automation.
• Experience with software development methodology and tools.

Responsibilities

• Establishes a safe work environment and communicates the company commitment to safety to teammates and clients.
• Creates and maintains company culture and developing the culture with new teammates.
• Supports the company's efforts to maintain CSIA Certification and use of Best Practices.
• Provides technical guidance to less experienced personnel in the department.
• Coordinates work activities with teammates and the discipline lead.
• Provides OT/Cybersecurity system specifications for engineering review and approval.
• Consults with design leaders from other disciplines in proportion to their technical skills
• Performs fieldwork necessary to gather field data, check communications tie-ins and support field deployments of OT/Cybersecurity projects.
• Support Projects in the OT / Cybersecurity group by providing application of OT and Cybersecurity design knowledge including consulting with customers to determine hardware, software and system functional specifications related to networking, operating systems, and virtualization.
