Job summary

Aurora Organic Dairy seeks an OT Cyber Security Engineer to secure our OT environments, including ICS, SCADA, PLCs, and plant-floor networks. You will implement OT security controls, monitor for anomalies, and coordinate with IT cybersecurity teams.

Responsibilities include OT network segmentation, incident response across production, patching, and maintaining asset inventories. Collaboration with engineering and operations is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years working with industrial control systems (ICS) in manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Experience designing and implementing OT network segmentation, industrial DMZs, and secure remote access solutions.
• Familiarity with ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82.
• Experience with OT-specific asset discovery, anomaly detection, or industrial security platforms.
• Knowledge of patching limitations, lifecycle constraints, safety considerations, and uptime requirements for OT.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with IT, Controls Engineers, and plant operations teams.
• Preferred certifications include GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Certificate, Security+, or CySA+.
• Experience with CISCO and Fortinet (firewalls, routers, switches). Fortinet, Cisco and Microsoft Server capabilities preferred.
• Experience with ITIL, with ITIL Foundations Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Secure OT networks, PLCs, HMIs, historians, and automation systems.
• Monitor OT networks for anomalies and unauthorized changes.
• Lead OT incident response across production environments.
• Maintain OT network segmentation, zones, and firewall policies.
• Collaborate with engineering, plant operations, and controls technicians on security measures.
• Manage OT patching and vulnerability remediation.
• Maintain OT diagrams, asset inventories, and system mapping.
• Provide OT cybersecurity guidance to plant engineering and operations groups.
• Support secure commissioning, upgrades, and lifecycle projects.
