Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our team. You will perform comprehensive OT evaluations based on MD orders and develop treatment plans with goals, frequency, duration, and modalities, while ensuring MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a degree in Occupational Therapy recognized by the AOTA.
• NBCOT-OTR designation (if state-mandated).
• Active license/registration in the state (as applicable).

Responsibilities

• Occupational Therapist provides a comprehensive OT evaluation based on MD orders.
• Develops a comprehensive treatment plan with long and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and modalities.
• Ensures MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges.
• Delivers comprehensive treatment using modalities and adapts treatment per patient needs and precautions.
• Completes all other documentation requirements.

Education

Bachelor/Master/Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (AOTA)

NBCOT-OTR designation

Licensed/registered in state (as applicable)
