Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate patients based on MD orders and to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans. The role includes ensuring MD orders for care, delivering therapies, and maintaining thorough documentation in a supportive team environment.

You will work within a culture that promotes professional growth with ongoing education, flexible scheduling, and a strong emphasis on exceptional patient care for the community.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, M.S., or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy recognized by the AOTA.
• Recognized by the NBCOT as a designated OTR (if state-mandated)
• Current license/registration in the state (as applicable)

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive OT evaluation based on MD orders.
• Develop a comprehensive treatment plan with long- and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and modalities.
• Obtain MD orders for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges as needed.
• Deliver comprehensive treatment to patients using modalities and adjust plans per patient needs.
• Complete all required documentation.
