Job summary

Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Center in Goshen, IN is seeking an Occupational Therapist possibly also a Certified Hand Therapist (OT/CHT) to join our outpatient orthopedic team. Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN options are available, with up to 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from an Occupational Therapy program and be licensed in Indiana.
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) preferred, but not required.
• Minimum of hand therapy experience and outpatient orthopedic exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients with hand, wrist, shoulder, and upper extremity conditions in a dynamic outpatient setting.
• Manage a caseload that includes post-operative rehab, conservative injuries, and hand therapy.
• Provide individualized, evidence-based care and communicate effectively with patients to restore function.
