Job summary

Vanderbilt Health is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist - Certified Hand Therapist (OTR/CHT) to join our outpatient hand therapy program. You will treat complex upper-extremity conditions in collaboration with fellowship-trained hand surgeons in a supportive setting.

You will work with a highly collaborative physician team, providing one-on-one care and using evidence-based interventions to restore hand and upper-extremity function.

Qualifications

• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) designation required.
• OT license to practice in Tennessee.
• Experience in hand therapy or post-surgical rehab.
• Ability to collaborate with surgeons and a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized hand therapy for upper extremity conditions.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and the orthopedics team.
• Lead one-on-one patient evaluation and treatment sessions.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to evidence-based protocols.
