Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Austin, TX (Pflugerville) is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) Occupational Therapist for outpatient care. This full-time role offers hours Mon-Fri, 7a-7p, with salary ranging from $82,160 to $109,345.60 depending on experience and internal equity.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing and adjusting treatment plans, directing therapy services, and educating patients and families to support return to community

Qualifications

• Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Certified Hand Therapist certification required.
• Certified BLS or completion within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Treat conservative and post-operative conditions in a dynamic outpatient clinic.
• Evaluate patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans.
• Delegate and direct therapy services for assigned patients.
• Design functional treatment programs enabling return to community activities.
• Educate patients, families, students, coworkers and self.
• Perform other professional duties related to patient care and program delivery.
