Job summary

Blue Stone Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Muskego, WI to help launch a new therapy program within a Milwaukee-area partnership. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, and building a strong local therapy team from day one.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Current Wisconsin OT license or eligibility for licensure.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on goals.
  • Provide evidence-based occupational therapy to improve independence in daily activities and mobility.
  • Help patients regain skills for independence in everyday activities.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on plans, adaptations and safety.
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and other professionals to coordinate care.
  • Complete timely documentation following standards.
  • Contribute to launching and growing a new therapy program.
