Job summary

Blue Stone Therapy in Muskego, WI is hiring a Rehab Director to build and lead our new Milwaukee-area skilled nursing therapy program. This hands-on clinical leadership role welcomes PT, OT, SLP, PTA, or COTA professionals who enjoy patient care and want expanded responsibilities.

You will establish the program from the ground up, recruit and develop the therapy team, and partner with facility leaders to ensure high-quality, compliant care while maintaining an active clinical caseload.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PT/OT/SLP/PTA/COTA program.
• Current Wisconsin therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
• Minimum of one year of clinical therapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care while supporting day-to-day operations of the therapy department.
• Serve as onsite resource for therapy staff and facility leadership.
• Support therapy scheduling, caseload management, productivity, and staffing needs.
• Build a positive, collaborative team environment focused on quality patient care.
• Develop strong working relationships with facility leadership and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support clinical quality, documentation, regulatory compliance, and therapy program expectations.
• Identify day-to-day operational needs and partner with regional leadership for solutions.
• Assist in onboarding, development, and growth of therapy team members.
• Contribute to growth of the therapy program while maintaining an active clinical caseload.

Blue Stone Therapy is expanding into the Milwaukee area with a new skilled nursing partnership in Muskego, WI, and we're looking for a Rehab Director to help build and lead our therapy team. This is a hands-on clinical leadership role for a PT, OT, SLP, PTA, or COTA who enjoys patient care and is ready to take on additional responsibility supporting the day-to-day success of a therapy program.

What You'll Do

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, Physical Therapy Assistant, or Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Current therapy license (PT, OT, SLP, PTA, or COTA) or eligibility for licensure in Wisconsin
• Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience in a therapy services role
