Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program as per AOTA/ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Collaborate with the care team to restore, reinforce and enhance patient independence.
• Provide patient-centered, compassionate care across facility settings.

Education
