Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities; follow recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities and independence.
