Monument Ridge Health & Rehab in Grand Junction, CO, is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house rehab program within a post-acute care setting. You’ll contribute to screening, planning, and delivering skilled therapy to geriatric patients and collaborate with families and caregivers.

The role supports a dedicated rehab team; licensure as an OTA is required and new grads are welcome to apply. This PRN position offers flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• OTA license required.

Responsabilités

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders; develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, medically necessary treatment interventions.
• Stand, walk, and assist with lifting; physical demands vary during shifts.
• Administer procedures as part of rehab plan (manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, devices, wound care).
• Provide counseling to patients, families, caregivers on physical disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries ensuring regulatory compliance.
