Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree required from an OTA program.
• Current NC Board of Occupational Therapy license or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient therapy and treatment.
• Utilizes judgment and skills in implementing treatment plans.
• Physician communication is timely and documentation is up to date.
• Participates in CQI activities.
• Facilitates the provision of excellent customer service.
• Mentors students and other rehab services personnel as assigned.
