Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) for a permanent, part-time role in Denver, CO. The OTA will split duties between The Courtyards at Mountain View and Juniper Village Aurora, with a 30-hour workweek and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Responsibilities include delivering OTA interventions, implementing individualized plans, supporting ADLs, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to enhance residents' independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Colorado or eligibility.
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide OTA interventions under supervision of a licensed OT.
• Implement individualized treatment plans based on resident goals.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Provide therapeutic activities to support strength, mobility, balance, and function.
• Monitor progress and report observations to supervising OT and care team.
• Document treatments, progress, and responses accurately.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic strategies.
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary team.
• Provide services at both Mountain View and Juniper Village Aurora as assigned.
